Therefore, each single degree position is converted into a specific code (<a title=\"Gray and binary codes \" href=\"https:\/\/eltra.bfenterprise.it\/en\/encoder-pedia\/what-are-gray-and-binary-codes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gray or binary<\/a>) proportionally to the number of bits.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Multiturn absolute encoder<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The multiturn absolute encoder allows a higher number of applications, representing a very interesting extension of the encoders\u2019 action field.
