Quality Policy

Eltra SpA Unipersonale believes that the future of the company is directed towards the pursuit of maximum customer satisfaction.

This satisfaction can be reached by Eltra SpA Unipersonale which operates in the contexts of the

design, production and sales of electronic transducers for industrial use

through a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, in order to pursue:

• excellent quality of our products and satisfactory performance of our services;
• customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance with its requirements, including implicit needs such as reliability, durability, assistance, etc.;
• profit for the company and satisfaction of all interested parties.

The Management of Eltra SpA Unipersonale has allocated the funds and has made available the personnel and tools necessary for the creation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System, which will be constantly monitored and periodically evaluated, measuring the achievement of the objectives set for controlled processes.

The success deriving from the correct implementation of the Quality Management System depends on the involvement of all personnel, from the managerial team to each worker, according to their functions and responsibilities.
For this reason, management promotes and encourages the involvement of all personnel, who are called to understand and respect these commitments and to spread the message at all levels of the Company.

In this perspective Eltra SpA Unipersonale proposes to:

• make this Quality Policy available to all interested parties;
• develop awareness, skills and the right attitudes of human resources at all levels, thanks to adequate training and information documentation;
• operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding product quality and safety;
• plan and organize each activity using a customer-oriented logic, in order to meet their needs;
• develop plans that lead to the continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of any process, defining objectives and carefully evaluating the improvements proposed by personnel at all levels of the organisation;
• evaluate the results of the Organizational System in order to verify the achievement of the planned objectives.

The Management periodically checks that this policy is appropriate for the purposes and the corporate context, is implemented and shared at every level of the organization.

With a view to continuous improvement, Eltra SpA Unipersonale intends to adopt the concept of risk-based thinking in the daily management of the business, planning and implementing actions that address risks and opportunities.
