For these specific employments, Eltra has developed several lines of incremental and absolute explosion-proof encoders, which comply with the ATEX standard (according to the directive 94/9/EC, in matter of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres) and guarantee at the same time an optimal resolution and output frequency for a high precision on speed and position control.
